No employment guarantees
ATS Resume Builder is a productivity tool. A high ATS score, a well-formatted PDF, or a green check on every section does not guarantee:
- That an Applicant Tracking System will parse your résumé correctly.
- That your application will be reviewed by a recruiter.
- That you will be invited to an interview.
- That you will receive a job offer.
Hiring decisions depend on many factors we have no insight into — team needs, market conditions, recruiter preferences, internal referrals, timing, and more. We help you put your best foot forward; we don't choose where that foot lands.
ATS score is heuristic
The ATS score we display is based on widely cited best practices (keyword matching, action verbs, quantifiable outcomes, structural completeness). Different ATS vendors use different parsers; what works for one may not work for another. The score is a guide, not an oracle.
AI suggestions
Any bullet rewrites, keyword recommendations, or phrasing suggestions provided by the Service are automated and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or contextually off. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and truthfulness of every claim in your résumé.
Falsifying or embellishing your qualifications is your decision and your liability. Jayasakthi Dharmarajan accepts no responsibility for outcomes resulting from inaccurate content placed into a résumé using this tool.
